基于社会人口因素和病程
评估强直性脊柱炎
目的强直性脊柱炎(AS)是一种慢性炎症性疾病,严重影响患者生活质量并可能引起肢体功能障碍。“健康本源学”(salutogenesis)这一新概念的提出者Antonovsky表明,较强的心理一致感,可以帮助慢性疾病患者缓解疾病所带来的心理压力。本研究将从社会人口统计学因素和病程出发,研究其对AS患者心理一致感、疾病接受度和患抑郁风险影响。
方法该研究基于82名强直性脊柱炎的患者。通过生活方向问卷(SOC-29),贝克抑郁量表(BDI)和疾病接受量表(AIS)对入组患者进行诊断性调查。

Objective
Ankylosingspondylitis(AS)impairspatients’functioning,reducingtheirqualityoflife.Theauthorofsalutogenesis,Antonovsky,claimsthatmaintaininganinnerbalanceinachronicdiseaseispossiblethroughahighsenseofcoherence.Theaimofthecurrentstudywastoidentifysocio-demographicfactorsanddiseasedurationrelatedtothefeelingofcoherenceofpatientswithAS,acceptanceofdiseaseandriskofdepression.
Methods
Thestudywasconductedon82patientswithdiagnosedAS.TheresearchmethodwasadiagnosticsurveyusingtheLifeOrientationQuestionnaire(SOC-29),BeckDepressionInventory(BDI)andAcceptanceofIllnessScale(AIS).
Results

Conclusions
Patientswithlowsenseofcoherencedemonstratedpooreradaptationtotheillnessandagreaterriskofdepressivedisorders.FactorsloweringthesenseofcoherenceandillnessacceptanceandincreasingriskofdepressioninthestudiedpatientswithASwereprogressingillness,olderageandlowereducationlevel.
